Add multiple tags, notes

Allow for select/enter multiple tags for a given bookmark - GEN avoids having to save the same bookmark multiple times, ENTER enables entry of new tags and SELECT avoids multiple different tags for the same thing. Notes might also be helpful, but opens a can of worms
